TVS Supercharger

  • Using an Eaton 2650 TVS head unit, a custom supercharger was designed for 1967 and later Pontiac V8 engines. (Also any year Pontiac with aftermarket heads)
  • 100% US made.
  • Capable of +1000 HP.
  • US foundry.
  • Custom aluminum castings are machined in-house on our 5-axis mill.
  • A two-pass intercooler integrated into the head unit. Pressurized air passes through the intercooler twice for low IAT’s under boost.

  • A custom-designed dedicated 8 rib blower drive, accessories (PS, alternator) driven through separate 6 rib serpentine belt drive.
  • Electric water pump.
  • Automatic belt tensioner on both 6 rib and 8 rib drive systems.
  • The idle bypass feature eliminates blower surge and gives ideal cruising fuel economy.
  • Will accommodate AC (future release)

Ignition Options

  • Holley “Dual Sync” Plug and Play.
  • Front Crank Trigger With Hall Effect Sensor.

  • Holley “Pro Billet” Series Distributor (With Phased Rotor)

Optional Injector Configurations

  • Under the blower mount. This configuration mounts the injectors, fuel rails, and injector harnesses under the blower in the valley, just above the valley cover, which conceals the entire injector apparatus. The wiring for the IAC, TPS, CTS, TMAP, and crank trigger (if used) can also be run here, which makes most of the file and EFI connections virtually invisible.
  • Above the valve cover mount. This is a more traditional location for the injectors and fuel rails, just above the valve covers. This location allows for the use of virtually any style/length of injector, whereas the under-blower mount style requires “shorty” EV6-style injectors.
